The second annual Bluegrass and Roots Festival takes over Catonsville's 12-acre outdoor venue all day Saturday. Two stages, 10 acts, and music from noon to 10 PM. Stage One headliners include Kitchen Dwellers, Magoo, Dirty Grass Players, and Danny Paisley & the Southern Grass.
